CALL APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR AFFAIR TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR EMCEE. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:
COPY OF COMPLETED CANDLELIGHTING NAME & SONG SHEETS
COPY OF COMPLETED MUSIC REQUEST SHEET
"I HATE" LIST (songs, routines or anything you would not like to be done at your affair)
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS (ie. Birthday or anniversary announcements, toast, speech, other entertainment we might be working with, etc.)
IF YOU HAVE VIDEO DISC JOCKEY SCREENS:
20 - 30 STILL PHOTOS FROM BABY TILL TODAY. Over 30 pictures there is a $2.00 a picture additional charge. (pictures can include "honoree" with grandparents, parents, etc., but it is recommended that the majority of pictures be the honoree alone. Pictures should be no smaller than 3"x5" and can be as large as an 11"x14")
ZAP SHOT PHOTOS TAKEN AT YOUR AFFAIR ARE AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSFERRED ONTO VIDEOTAPE WITH OVERDUBBED MUSIC. THE COST IS $150 AND WE MUST BE NOTIFIED NO LATER THAN AT THE END OF YOUR AFFAIR, OTHERWISE THE ZAP SHOT PHOTOS WILL BE ERASED.
DANCE LESSONS
LOCAL Dance lessons are $65 an hour and can be given in your home or at our dance studio.
WESTCHESTER / CONNECTICUT / NYC / NJ Dance lessons are $90 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, if given in your home. If you schedule Finals at our office you could schedule lessons in our studio at the local rate.
Payment is made directly to the dancer at the completion of the dance lesson.
